St Ignatius designed the Spiritual Exercises to be a 30-day personally directed retreat. Retreat offers abridged version through led meditations. In the chapel each morning, the director will expose a theme for 30 min., followed by personal prayer.

A second theme will be presented in the afternoon. Personal prayer can be done wherever you most favor your encounter with God: bedroom, chapel, outside, or another. If desired, there will also be some periods for personal reflection, rest, or walks.

Mass will be celebrated each day, and the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed for adoration. The Sacrament of Reconciliation What to Bring: pillow, sheets (twin), blanket, towels, journal, Bible, spiritual reading, and personal items including bug spray.
